Contest Overview
One (1) monthly contest winner will be selected to receive 1000 (4” x 6”) Standard Postcards. This includes postcard design and shipping to contest winner. Mailing Services, Postage, and/ or Mailing Lists are NOT covered by the contest, but can be purchased separately if desired. Contestant entries are pooled from our family of websites to determine a single monthly winner. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. No purchase is necessary. Prize has no cash value. Email addresses will be used by FastPrintPlus and affiliated entities ONLY, no other parties.
Furthermore, by entering contestants agree to receive promotional and newsletter emails. Contestants can opt out at any time. If a contestant opts out from email participation they consequently opt out of remaining monthly contests.
Contestant Eligibility
Open to residents of the 48 contiguous states of the United States ONLY. Employees of FastPrintPlus and affiliated entities, or those involved with the production of this contest including their families are not eligible. Contestant eligibility decisions are final in all instances. Prizes are non-transferable. If we are unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 7 calendar days of email notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decision of this business entity. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter
Register via the 'Enter Our Contest' box located on any of our websites. Only one entry per person. Entry must be completely filled out in order to qualify. We must receive entry no later than 11:59PM Pacific Time on the last day of each month. Valid entries are determined by the date and time stamp derived from our servers.
All contestants will automatically be entered for each monthly contest held until the end of the contest year. Example- Contestants who register during the month of January 2010 will automatically be entered into every monthly contest for the entire 2010 year.
Prize
Winners chosen will receive the described prize for the contest in which the user registered. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of the prize is permitted. Prize has no cash value.
Winner Selection/ Notification
One (1) monthly contest winner will be selected within 7 days after the end each month. Winners will be chosen at random from submitted qualified website entries. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Contestant entries are pooled from all FastPrintPlus websites to determine a single monthly winner. Odds of winning are not posted.
Winners will be notified using the email address submitted. Submitted email address, at time of contest entry, are deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of said email address. In the event of a dispute, the "winner" may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address.
Non-deliverable email address of prize email notification will result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner will be awarded the prize.

The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest. By entering, the winner releases FastPrintPlus and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name (may include city & state) in the announcement of the winners on FastPrintPlus websites, newsletter, publisher and/or developer sites. FastPrintPlus use of winner name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes may be made without additional compensation. All matters related to the prizes are the responsibility of FastPrintPlus. FastPrintPlus assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are allowed. FastPrintPlus and/or its Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of FastPrintPlus and/or its Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion. FastPrintPlus reserves the right to revise the aforementioned procedures/ rules at any time.
